A process for extracting highly bio-available Broad spectrum cannabinoids from fresh Hemp/ Cannabis biomass. Fresh Hemp/Cannabis cell fragmentation takes place under intense hydrodynamic shear force and the fluid waves releases bioactive compounds from the plant cells into an aqueous media. The controllable Hydrodynamic force provides faster and more complete release of full spectrum bioactive compounds into an aqueous media and facilitates improved mass transfer.
It uses whole freshly harvested Hemp/Cannabis plants frozen to preserve the aroma and integrity. It uses hydrodynamic forces to produce cannabis Nano-emulsion using Liquid extraction method and low temperature solvent evaporation using proprietary forced circulation evaporator and a molecular distillation unit.
