Brief About Innovation

Introduction:

Anti-corrosive treatment for steel reinforcement rods is used in RCC buildings, RCC bridges (Road and Railways), Repair works of deteriorated structures. The system of anti-corrosion treatment essentially consists of four steps. The integrated treatment comprises of the successive application of the following solutions - Derusting Solution (Acid inhibitor ins solid form), Phosphating Jelly (Rust Preventing composition), Inhibitor Solution (Corrosion prevention in reinforced concrete and brick construction), and Sealing solution (Portland Cement coating for Steel).

Applications:

• Offers higher corrosion resistance due to inhibitors addition.
• Service life of concrete structures increased by several folds.
• Bond strength in RCC structures is not affected.
• Chemicals used available indigenously.
