Introduction:

It has been the practice to use solvent based paint remover an old adherent paint from erected structures for maintenance painting. quite expensive and also polluting the environment. market are solvent and phenolic based formulations. These fo polluting the environment. The duration; agitation and temperature effect fo formulation is based on Hydrogen peroxide and removes the epoxy and Urethane based paint easily.

Applications:

• This jelly is useful for removing old paint for painting maintenance painting to industries.
• Neutral paint removing jelly is a new formulation, en hazardous chemicals.

• This paint remover is in jelly form and so easily adheres on erected structures and removed the old paint
• The paint removing efficiency of the jelly has been improved by further addition of accelerators.
• This formulation is harmless.
• Easy to remove old paint.
• This paint removing jelly was removed even 400 µm thick coatings from the equipments.
• This paint removing jelly was tested in VSSC, Thiruvananthapuram and m thick coatings from the equipments.
