Brief about Technology: Most Indian sweets and savouries are tedious to prepare manually especially when required in large quantities. Another disadvantage is continuous manual labour and ingestion of oil induced fumes leading to health hazards. These limitations can be overcome by usage of innovative mechanism. Semi-automatic food processing device comprising a three-stage mechanism is ideal for making sweets efficiently and quickly in a large scale thereby saving time and effort.
