Rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions

NRDC follows the rules and regulations issued by the Administrative Ministry Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology and nodal Ministries/Departments such  as  Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Department of Public Enterprises (DPE),  Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs etc. for discharge of its functions.

For day to day work, all employees of the NRDC follows Govt. of India Manuals on FR & SR, GFR,  rules framed by the Corporation and other rules and regulations issued by DSIR, DoPT DPE and other concerned departments, etc. from time to time.
