In  pursuance to the rules and regulations of National Patent Protection Scheme of NRDC, I/We  hereby

  • I/We  have/have not secured any FA from any institution or funding agency for the development.
  • If the information provided in the application or later on during prosecution of patent application 
    is found to be incorrect or abandon the application by not providing clarifications to the queries
    raised at any stage before the grant of the patent, NRDC has the right to recover all the
    expenditure incurred on this application.
  • I/We will pay patent annuity which becomes due at the time of grant and subsequently maintain
    it at my own cost.
  • I have gone  through the rules and regulations of the Scheme and will abide by them.
I / We  hereby  further undertake to indemnify NRDC against any claim for breach  of intellectual
property rights of third party by my patentable technology or the product  developed under the
