PROCESS

Abrasive Silica, Binder and optimized quantity of distilled water are mixed in a planetary mixer.

Mixed wet material is then compacted in a roller compactor.

Wet flakes are then dried in tray drier at 110o C.

Dried flakes are subjected to granulation in a granulator.

Granulated material is then sieved through sieve shaker in which oversize fraction will come out as product and undersize material is recycled back to planetary mixer for subsequent batch.

Finished product is packed in 20 kgs. Paper bag.
