Commercializing Patented Inventions

NRDC  provides assistance in commercializing / licensing products / processes. Only products/processes, which have been patented, will be considered for commercialization.  If accepted for commercialization, the patent will have to be assigned to NRDC. 50% of the lumpsum and recurring royalty collected by NRDC will be retained by the Corporation for services rendered and balance 50% would be  remitted  to the inventor. For this purpose, a separate application is to the made to NRDC.
