Invert Sugar - Sucess Story

Invert Sugar, an equimolecular mixture of glucose and fructose, is a valuable sweetener in food and pharmaceutical industries.  The technology for production of Invert sugar from cane sugar was developed by Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai and the technology has been licensed by NRDC to several companies. A large number of industries from confectioneries, fruit processing, pharmaceutical, soft drink industries are using the product.
